Oh, and I'm not only hunting at gates. I fly around belts cloaked when I see a a bounty target in local too. I have attacked a target with a bounty in a roid belt, but wasn't configured with a sensor booster to get his pod...

I'd say yes, I'm a bounty hunter and will shoot at anything with a bounty, even if they aren't -5 and below. I'm not choosing too at the moment because my Rapier can't tank the guns though, so I shoot at -5 and below to keep the gate sentries fro...

I was flying through lowsec in my Rapier. and I see a -8.2 pirate in a Crow. I decided to stalk him a bit and saw that he was docking at this station in a system. I followed him to the system next door and saw that he was ganking miners in a belt....
